I had a DWG case a few months ago in Africa, where a group of people who had never touched it before were shown this is OSM, & this is how you add things, now go to it & start editing the map for this Government program!. Unfortunately, some members of the group were then apparently having a competition to see how quickly they could add 10000 random, untagged nodes to the map :-(
