[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Standard layer tiles not shown in Firefox - tile.openstreetmap.org gives HTTP 418 "I'm a teapot" (Issue #4213)

FYI for me both Chrome and Firefox with Shift Reload are working (Mac).
FYI this might be something for https://github.com/openstreetmap/operations – but maintainers can move tickets, that should be fine :).
