[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] use different icons for different sites (Issue #4259)

Well it's not an issue for this repository, which is probably why you can't find it - this repository only deals with www.openstreetmap.org and not any other openstreetmap sites.

I suspect https://github.com/openstreetmap/operations/issues/248 is the issue you were looking for, but at a practical level given the number of sites we have and the space available in a favicon I doubt we can ever realistically distinguish them all.
