[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Don't limit blocks table width (PR #4199)

Thanks for the additional explanations and example website.

However, I still don't think this PR is a good idea to merge, mostly for [the reasons I described in my original comment](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/4199#issuecomment-1699255388). So I'm going to decline this proposed change.
