[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Search behaviour on iPhone (Issue #4718)

### Problem

As mentioned in [#1414, ](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/1414), the "close" X is not visible after a search. Besides, the search result panel takes up half the screen. You can manully shrink the screen and then the X becomes visible. But when you click the X, the map is moved and the searched for item is not visible anymore, nor is the exact location.

### Description

I think there a different options to tackle this issue:
1. fix the bug, and center on the found item after the X is pressed
2. next to a "close" option on the result panel, introduce a "minimize" option. This way, the found item should also remain centered and marked in a screen with enough space.
