[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Trace display on map (#387)

This has been requested repeatedly by mappers over the past 15 years. From the original trac issue:

_When a user uploads a GPS trace, sometimes they may wish to view it on the map to see at a glance where they traveled, and/or what's already mapped around there._

_Currently they can see the overview animation, or they can click through to Potlatch to see it there, but they can't view it on the actual map. The 'map' link by each gpx file may be a little misleading in that respect, as it implies that you'll see it overlaid on the map._
