[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] API documentation for /api/0.6/changeset/#id.json doesn't match actual API output (Issue #5119)

So how are OSM software maintainers supposed to receive notifications about backwards-incompatible API changes like this so that we can make sure our applications don't break because of these changes?
