[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Compacted repeated "Results" into one sentence (PR #5115)

I fully agree with this, but we can do this (displaying the results instead of having entire functionality) in next PR.

Regarding visual part, do you think something like below better follows Directions sidebar?
