@OpenGreenStreet no - as noted on its wiki [infobox](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/SCEE), `SCEE` is available either via [F-droid](https://f-droid.org/repository/browse/?fdid=de.westnordost.streetcomplete.expert) (popular FOSS-only app store; which I'd highly recommend in general) or via its [GitHub releases](https://github.com/Helium314/SCEE/releases) page (take care to avoid pre-release alpha versions there).
