[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Dark Mode bugs/improvements for the UI (Issue #5329)

There is a new map-style needed. Simply putting a 0.8 grey over it is horrible. https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/5324#issuecomment-2480755496 this post shows a proper way to handle that. Until something like this is done, the map itself should not be changed and be without a grey overlay.
