[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Disable filter inheritance on tiles, apply filter to tile container (PR #5387)

Are you deliberately trying to break _every_ third-party patch/extension for the website that fixes the dimmed tiles?
If not, please let the color mode preference PR get merged first.
If so, merge ASAP.
