[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Profile Page Redesign (Issue #5438)

### Problem

There are issues and PRs opened about adding new features and designs to the profile page. On the one hand, to maintain easier management over them and, on the other hand, to see and discuss whole picture and long-run results this page should achieve, it will be great if there is an issue focusing on the broader view of the whole page.

### Description

As this issue focuses on the whole picture, I'll add some mockup screenshots that may be a good starting point for discussion. Some of the features and changes mentioned in the screenshots are already registered in the issues list. The main idea for the profile page is to help users socialize and share information about them and their contributions. It will be great, if issues about the profile page are linked to this issue to maintain better view of dynamics of changes and progress related to this page.
