[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Update en.yml to mention how to unsubscribe (PR #4505)

I was going to say that with "Unsubscribe" [moved](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/4518) the `#comments` link can serve as the unsubscribe link. But then I thought what if the user is not logged in? Then there would be no button.
