[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add examples to Display Name (Issue #4948)

On the sign up page there is 

>  Your publicly displayed username. You can change this later in the preferences.

Perhaps add some examples in the textbox so users get an idea of what kind of Display Name they're supposed to enter.

Maybe they should enter 
`peter0371`.

Or maybe `Peter 陳興元 Xingyuan Chen` is OK too.

And then there is the confusion with "Display Name"  and "username".
