[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Password fields with show/hide functionality (PR #4951)

According to [docs](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/web-platform/password-reveal) it can be disabled using CSS only. Amended the changes to the commit.
