[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Clicking coordinates doesn't pan to location anymore? (Issue #5028)

Well there hasn't been any deliberate change so there can't be a reason for it.

As far as zoom goes it looks to me like the results have the same zoom as the current map view, so clicking on them will pan but not zoom. There's no real way to know what zoom somebody would like given only a pair of coordinates.
