[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Clicking coordinates doesn't pan to location anymore? (Issue #5028)

@tomhughes : ah, you're right, the zoom level is derived from the _osm_location cookie details, respectively from the current map view. The other site I used for testing had zoom level 13 in the cookie.
