[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Changeset comment on nodes, ways and relations confusing (#730)

I guess https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/580 did two things: 

1. changed the comment font style
2. moved the comment below the changeset link

Only the first thing was kept, writing the comment in italics. Later I changed italics to a larger font:

This issue is about the second thing.
