[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] catch invalid URLs instead of just showing somewhere else (#1198)

Places to send the map when invalid coordinates are detected:

- North Pole
- South Pole
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Null_Island

But all might be mistaken for where the user really wanted to go.

Therefore indeed, a hard 404 would still be better.
