[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Changeset comment text is lost when switching entity pages (Issue #4560)

Speaking of UX issues: Github allows you to submit duplicate issues by going back and submitting again. And additionally it just left out my last sentence when I submitted this, I literally went back and submitted again without changing anything. Well, those github bugs are off topic here, see #4561 for my issue with the full text.
