Did you @Janjko already submitted this PR wording to LWG for their evaluation?

Also, reviewers looking at this PR might be interested in very close wording of neighboring Serbia law/ToS which had similar PR recently in  https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/3959
