[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Reports via website do not reach DWG (Issue #4568)

I don't see anything in the moderators' queue, but as Tom explained above we don't automatically get every ticket automatically.  If you reported the user as a vandal and someone else reported them as something else, it'll be in the admins' queue until it is (if appropriate) thrown over the fence to us.

If you really want to contact the DWG you could just email data at openstreetmap.org .  That'll get added as a ticket automatically and you'll get the ticket number by return of email.  We can't guarantee that you'll get a response from a human immediately, but any replies to that mail will go on the same ticket.
