[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Update outdated tags of amenity/office/shop browse icons (PR #4745)

Some browse icons were displayed on tags that are no longer in use or have an alternative:
- [amenity=embassy](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dembassy) changed to [office](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:office)=[diplomatic](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:office%3Ddiplomatic)
- [amenity=nursery](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dnursery) changed to [amenity](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:amenity)=[kindergarten](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dkindergarten) and [amenity](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:amenity)=[childcare](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dchildcare)
- shop=diy changed to [shop](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:shop)=[doityourself](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Ddoityourself)
- [shop=estate_agent](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Destate_agent) kept, but also added more common [office](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:office)=[estate_agent](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:office%3Destate_agent)
- [shop=fish](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dfish) changed to [shop](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:shop)=[seafood](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dseafood)
- [shop=jewellery](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Djewellery) removed, non-deprecated [shop](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:shop)=[jewelry](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Djewelry) already had an icon
