The right click menu does not have access to that sort of information because the map you are looking at is just a picture and doesn't have any rich data of that sort.
If you use "query features" which I think is what you are referring to when you talk about technical information about surrounding objects then that will query a different service which does have access to rich data and if you then click on the relevant feature that any web links should be shown in the feature details.
Given that the target audience of the web site is map editors this seems reasonable to me - if our target audience was end users (which it specifically is not) then direct access to web site links might be more important.
