[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] The welcome page should mention relations (#881)

I'm late on this train, BUT:
I had removed several "unnecessary" points in a road assuming that only a position is attached to those points (similar when splitting roads to route around a traffic island).
As it seems there may be different properties attached to a point, or properties of the road might change.
Whether to mention relations or not is one thing, but warning the user of the iD editor if their actions might break things seems even more important to me.
