[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] 5258_Changing `en.yml` for highway and emergency feature type in query results (PR #5321)

What is `highway=emergency` and why is `Yes` a good description for it? As far as I can see from https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/search?q=highway%3Demergency#tags it's not a tag that is ever used anyway?

Same with `highway=highway` which seems like a nonsense tag and certainly not one where `Busway` is the correct description.

Also commit titles should just describe the commit - they don't need the issue number prepending.
