[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] geo URIs: separate z parameter with a semicolon, not question mark (Issue #5322)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geo_URI_scheme doesn't say anything about how to separate `z`. However it refers to Google docs where `?` is used:
- https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/urls/android-intents
- https://developer.android.com/guide/components/intents-common#Maps
