[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] I18n: ignore unused third party translations (PR #5146)

Ignores another activerecord and doorkeeper namespace from reporting in `bundle exec i18n-tasks unused`

These are external to the osm website repo, and we have no real control over how they're being used by the third party components.
