[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] hyperlink the words "OpenStreetMap Blog". (Issue #5875)

Now wish to see the blog homepage.

We see

We attempt to click on the words "Openstreetmap Blog", but they are not hyperlinked.

Oh, we need to click on the globe image!

Recommendation: also  hyperlink the words "OpenStreetMap Blog". In fact just hyperlink both the globe and the words using the same hyperlink.
