You don't edit them in Inkscape.

Because you don't edit them with Inkscape, they won't get unnecessarily large.

Yes it is possible. How do you think I made them? If you use Inkscape, then you'll get impossible to read paths.

If the svgs are "binary" to you, they are not going to become less "binary" when moved out.
