[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add dir="auto" to Markdown content for bidi (PR #5840)

Added `dir="auto"` to the other `linkify` (see #5883), ready for review again. As an aside, I noticed that none of my changes in `rich_text.rb` affected any tests, perhaps tests should be written for it. I could try to do that, but I feel like I'd do it wrong.
