[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] `highway=raceway` is rendered as an area if it's closed (Issue #5931)

Actually, I'd suggest it's worth creating a topic in the forum first before raising it with any particular map style, since it's a bit more complicated than "if it is closed".  There are both closed linear highway=raceway in the OSM data and also area ones.
