[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Enhancement: Find space somewhere on the "export" screen to tell people that "share" exists (#651)

We could mitigate this confusion by adding a big arrow pointing to the right (and presumably the reverse in the Share panel), but it seems kind of desperate. #6575 proposes to merge the two panels together so the site’s left hand doesn’t go “talk to the (right) hand”.
