### How to reproduce the issue?

It happens frequently to me, I write something on a note or changeset (comment), but do not send it right away because I want to check something before sending it (also because you cannot change once you sent it, so better be careful). If you then do something like right click "show features here" or similar, you will loose everything that you already typed in. It would have saved my day if there was an alert "if you leave this page you will loose what you have written and not yet sent" (or similar). This would also prevent from e.g. write a comment and then click on "subscribe" instead of "send" (which at least in the past has made me loose numerous comments I had written).
