[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Warn when leaving the page after having added but not sent information (Issue #6584)

I am not sure what the browser should do (warn?) I am on Firefox 145.0.2 (aarch64) and this is supposed to be the latest browser version available, and it does not warn, instead I always loose what I wrote so I sometimes write it again and sometimes just let go...
