[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Incorrent count of "Map Notes" (Issue #6609)

### How to reproduce the issue?

In the header of a user profile page, several counts are shown, including one that reads "Map Notes", as a link. 
When following the link, a list of notes is shown. This list has a different length than would be expected by the count in the previous page.

I haven't verified it, but I think the count is of note comments, while the list if of notes.

Example:
1. At the moment, my profile page counts 37 "Map Notes".
2. Clicking through (and working through the pagination), reveals 34 entries.
