[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Incorrent count of "Map Notes" (Issue #6609)

Ah no that view only shows one entry for each note you have touched even if you have commented on it multiple times - that's why things are off.

We should maybe have a third "Notes" tab on https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/TomH/diary_comments that really shows your comments.
