[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Use Leaflet Routing Machine (#1262)

With the ongoing migration of various maps on the site from Leaflet to MapLibre (#6234), a parallel migration to the Leaflet Routing Machine seems unlikely. However, there may be opportunities to factor out the router abstraction into a separate library in the future.
