[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add URL prettification for plain texts (PR #6518)

I haven't followed the discussion in all detail, apologies if this has been discussed before. My expectation would be something along these lines: the text "node 4361366951" with a hyperlink taking me to the respective node. I don't even expect the short version "osm.org" to appear as text in this case.

For clarity, here's the rendered result and HTML side by side, according to my expectation:
