[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Test server with OSM website? (Issue #5723)

maro-21 created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#5723)

Is there somewhere a test server for the OSM website where one can test and get moderator or administrator privileges? This is needed in order to correctly translate messages that a normal user can't see on the website. And without knowing where specific single words are displayed, it's impossible to translate correctly. In inflectional languages, one word can be translated in dozens of ways.
