### How to reproduce the issue?

At the bottom of the page, you can see, just above the "Trademarks" section, the text "or file directly at our [on-line filing page](https://dmca.openstreetmap.org/)."

When following the link, the page is not an "on-line filling page" but a procedure page to send an email to DMCA.

Text should be improved.
