[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] dry-schema update exposes bug in debian/bookworm version of ruby 3.1 (Issue #5482)

I've made a PR which will resolve the immediate problem.
A better fix would be for debian to add the bugfix to their ruby version. Does anyone know if debian ruby packagers are responsive to these kind of bug reports? I'm surprised that they don't incorporate the patch versions automatically (they are on 3.1.2 (April 2022) when upstream ruby released 3.1.3 in November 2022, and is now on 3.1.6).
I had a look through their bug tracker and couldn't find any policies or indications about how they handle bug fixes from upstream.
