[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Modify the way "Friends" are added (PR #5261)

The first quote for that definition comes from [this paper](https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/978-3-642-54212-1_1), and this is the first paragraph of its abstract

> Online social network is becoming more and more prevalent currently. [...] Weibo increases rapidly and draws 100 million users within a year and a half [...]

further

> There are three reasons made us do research on Sina Weibo: (1) Weibo grows two
times faster than Twitter; 

The first quote used to "prove" that "followings" can be used in this way is from a paper written by people who are clearly not native English speakers.

I don't want to argue about this further, if you don't believe me, don't believe me.
