Because [the lint config was updated](//github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/5421) was only changed less than one day before [your commit](//github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/commit/18fd80ebb77b75622fb60bfa5ec64878a0c7bdc4).
