bxl-forever created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6158)

### Problem

The new feature to add social links in nice. But links pointing to unknown websites (e.g. a home page, or a Mastodon instance that is not mastodon.social) will be trimmed and looks ugly.

Also, if a user adds links to one’s profiles on several platforms with the same user name, it might make more sense naming the platforms ("website A, website B, website C") instead of seeing ("user 1", "user 1", user 1").

Suggestion : allow adding free text along the link in the text box for a social profile link. The text string can be just a URL (default behaviour) or a URL + free text, e.g. markdown-style `[Mastodon](https://mastodon.multimob.be/@bxl_forever)`
