Human-readable wikidata addon also limits image sizes (`?width=128`) which may result in transfers for raster images (https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/689097130 Starbucks logo: 19.40 kB in the addon vs 54.21 kB in this PR), but for svgs limiting widths may be counterproductive. If we decide to go with images we probably want smaller images.
