[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Unable to delete some messages (Issue #6167)

### How to reproduce the issue?

In my personal list of messages I cannot delete some old messages, in particular:
Inbox:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/messages/381262
https://www.openstreetmap.org/messages/381019
https://www.openstreetmap.org/messages/381011
Outbox:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/messages/381014
https://www.openstreetmap.org/messages/381272

I can delete other messages from both inbox and outbox.
I can delete other messages to/from the same user "alga".

The only common thing in these five problem messages seems to be subject "Re: Kirtimų/o viadukas", which SEEMS to have some weird characters around "o"...

There are no error messages displayed while trying to delete. Request to https://www.openstreetmap.org/messages/381011 with "POST delete and auth info" seems to go through ok with state 204.
