[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Test Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy header (Issue #6173)

Hi, I'm maintaining a third-party editor based on the iDEditor. Currently, I found I cannot log in to my OSM account in my application, on the callback page, the following error occurred 
`Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'authComplete')`
I checked another third-party editor https://rapideditor.org/rapid#map=2.00/0.0/0.0&background=Bing, and got the same error. I think it's because of the header cross-origin-opener-policy same-origin.

Please help confirm, thank you very much
