[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Image download with user feedback (PR #6192)

So the image download seems to work now. I still want to hardcode PNG format for thunderforst (that's the only format available for download), and check how the code handles bad request due to timeouts during image generation.

I'm seeing occiasional CSRF issues that were also showing up in other Turbo scenarios. I will not look into them for now.
