[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Layer previews not displaying correctly in Safari (Issue #6232)

I have the same issue even before vector tiles. Sometimes they would load but once I touch the sidebar and start dragging, the first 3 layers immediately disappear from the preview window.
